      Pros

      Most people that I got to interact with were good people who were often happy to help. A lot of people cared about sustainability, and it felt good to be a part of an organization that cares. The benefits and services for employees were great.

      Cons

      It took a really long time to grasp what does company do and what are all the ways to contribute. A clearer onboarding and introduction would have helped me to feel at home sooner and would have allowed me to be contribute more.

      Pros

      The hours are very flexible and there are great people that work for the organization.

      Cons

      The turn over is very high as everyone is overworked. They put a lot of pressure on employees and do not provide adequate resources and training. Employees are expected to wear many different hats at all times, as many teams are understaffed and overstretched.
