Pros
The positive thing about working in a non-profit organization is that the people you work with become your family. I loved everyone I worked with, and I got along with all of my co-workers.
Cons
Being that it is a non-profit organization. They did not exactly have the funding to pay the employees what they deserved, at least where I was concerned. I felt as though I should have been paid a lot more than what I was getting paid because of my seniority as well as my hard work. There was never room for growth even if given the training needed.
