Great colleagues and department to work for. Term time only working.
Cons
Poor management decisions. Low pay for the work expected. Including lots of people on minimum wage. No maternity pay, only SMP. Staff views and opinions are not sought. Information is not shared effectively by leadership to lower staff. There is no money to provide adequate resources to teach students effectively.
