The interview process was quick and straightforward, and the employees I interacted with were friendly.

Pay is generally below market compared to similar roles. Management tends to rely heavily on micromanagement and strict oversight. The Board of Directors often comes across as adversarial in their approach. Training and onboarding were also somewhat lacking. My manager had many higher-level responsibilities and limited availability, and the assigned trainer struggled to effectively transfer knowledge, relying mostly on long monologues and brief written documents rather than structured training.
