Great kids, involved parents, beautiful buildings. I had a decent budget to build up the curriculum initially. Your coworkers quickly become dear friends. Test scores are always high.
Cons
Smallest teacher salaries in Dane County. Administrators have some of the highest salaries in the area. Poor curriculum leadership, so you have to be self-motivated to create solid curriculum on your own.
