      The new graduate rotional program (launch) is good for building experience. Company culture became a little better with the integration of HGST and Sandisk

      Cons

      Many product cancellations Layoffs every quarter Very old culture, talking abouy other companies is taboo Many employees from the same college and they have their exclusice groups Not enpugh diversity Only managers have laptops Company is very cheap Work from home is not acceptable
