Pros

Flexible working. Free parking. CrossFit. Not much else!

Cons

Upper management do not care. Experience counts for nothing. No opportunity to progress unless you’re ‘in’ with management. WD like to think themselves diverse and promote a ‘We’ culture, it is anything but. Pay isn’t great. Promotions are often unfair and leave many employees bewildered about what you have to do to get ahead in this company (apart from being best pals with someone in management already).
