Pros

Good cafeteria, benefits, and location

Cons

My time at WD was probably the worst experience of my life. I've never had depression until I got this job. My manager got laid off and I was heavily picked on by my coworkers. They used me as a scapegoat to show why my manager got laid off. It was not a team environment and towards the end, I was harassed by my coworker who did anything to get me out and to squeeze any ounce of blood on me to take credit out of all my work.
