Pros

Decent starting pay and benefits Flexibility (lot of remote working available) Very global company so tools are widely available and optimized for all positions

Cons

Rewarded on internal politics Lay-offs all year round They say they have long term vision, but lower employees are encouraged to execute without caring about long term strategy, if they don't execute, they'll be sacked for not being productive enough, so they execute even random activities with no relevance with the strategy, for the sake of executing People spend more time bullshitting about what they do than actually doing things because of too many separate reports to provide U.S wants to overlook everything even when it just makes everything less efficient Orgchart doesn't tell you what people actually do because they all have a say and an opinion on how to do your job
