Pros
GREAT people! Interesting and impactful work that contributes to society. Super flexible in terms of every day life, if you need to go to appointments, start early/start late, take breaks for getting kids at school, etc. the company trusts you to take care of your work whenever it works for you. The company cares about healthy employees and overall is a good place to work. Unlimited PTO, but people typically take less than 2 weeks a year.
Cons
Much more suited to people established in their careers versus people interested in rapid growth. Great place to be a parent, not a great place to be young and ambitious. The company appreciates loyalty but doesn’t reward it.
