      Flexible work hours and hybrid work from home. Competitive compensation/bonuses(STI)/Long Term Incentives (cash and RSUs), and benefits.

      Cons

      Cyclical layoffs. Very typical to have meetings outside normal business hours as extended teams are overseas.
