WDHB competes with top corporate consulting firms with the feel of a startup. The clients are top-notch. We get to interact with global decision makers, so it feels like we have a MASSIVE impact on the future of business (and their impacts on sustainability, culture, strategy of large corporations, etc). Unlimited vacation is great, and I've never had a day disapproved. FULL health insurance benefits, given pay increases when asked, opportunities to travel to amazing cities, management is always open to listen to ideas, amazing retreats to places like Portland to Paris to the south coast of France, family like environment. Really happy. Excited to keep growing with the company. They always expect more of you (while it may seem stressful), it's appreciated that they believe in me. Also great flexible work arrangements. If I need to work from home a day or two a week, I have that flexibility.

Pushes your limit. You learn the grit of a startup culture, but it truly grows you as a leader. Stress, but good stress. You learn. A LOT.

I must enter 5 words...but have NOTHING nice to say.

If you like getting belittled by management, working yourself to exhaustion and being grossly under paid to do it, this company is for you. They espouse all of these tremendous and enlightening concepts to clients, yet follow none of their own advice. The company is effectively run by two men who seem to think nothing of spending every waking moment of their beings on the clock, and they expect all their emloyees to show similiar devotion, of course, without the equity perk they enjoy. I have NEVER seen a company more poorly managed, and an HR culture so toxic, so demeaning, it would be laughable if it wasn't so sad. No where to grow, treated like dirt and paid next to nothing...apply...I dare you. Oh...and forget about the unlimited vacation time they offer. It's a ruse...there is no such thing there, AND they make you schedule vacation a year in advance, and even then you're lucky to actually get it. Also...foget about your retirement. They promise a 401K but I know people who have been on staff for a few years, and still have not had that promise honored. WORST company I have EVER worked for.
