Pros
Great benefits, very exciting day to day job that keeps you on your toes, pay builds up to be very good and you make a lot of money with overtime, if you work hard and follow the rules you are EXTREMELY valued
Cons
Training is very hard and there is a LOT to learn, mandatory overtime (as any dispatch center will have), and you are together so much the environment is sometimes very catty/highschool/drama filled.
