      Recognizeable brand Resources Investment in employee training

      Cons

      Sales team members have been there for double digit years. They already have relationships with all ad agencies and car dealers. A new sales rep will have to hunt furiously to meet goals and close the same amount if business as their peers.

      Great place to work. The people making decisions care about their employees and create great work environment.

      Some assignments are given repeatedly to the same people. There could be better opportunities to spread fun opportunities around to others.
