      Good pay, decent benefits, great production team

      Cons

      Boys club, toxic work environment, 100% commissioned based but expected to work 8am-7pm and were not compensated fairly otherwise. MAJOR TURNOVER under DOS who doesn’t know how to lead, very negative place to invest so much of your time

      Pros

      For me, it allowed me to take ownership of certain things and I learned a lot while working here. People are good to work with.

      Cons

      Management is adamant on what they want. Won’t take no for an answer. Lots of layoffs.
