      Pros

      You will be left in a swim or drown situation so if you manage to swim you will learn yourself like I did. No formal training will be given to you plus you might not even get the money that you deserve.

      Cons

      Confused and Dishonest Management, Dishonest policies, Ever changing procedures, No standards and bench markings, Only profit oriented, People only matter in their jargon not in reality, No set HR office that can be contacted, You cannot complain to anyone about your Manager, Either you listen to your manager or you will be fired (anything they say "anything"), No form of progression salary or career wise. I would rather not work ever than work for them.

      There is absolutely nothing good about this company

      Cons

      Taking money of your wages without warning for some sort of induction /training recovery when you try to leave ; Contract issued not correct; Management are not aware of employment regulations; Only policies visible to all employees that are suitable for the company’s benefit; Manual time sheets that anyone able to amend ; No training or proper induction given so it feel like modern slavery where as an employee you have no rights
