Workload is indeed intense, and WGI prides itself on a cultural of success that at times, will result in significant responsibilities and time commitments. We serve highly competitive markets and do attempt to balance anticipated workload with appropriate talent levels. Our corporate location houses nearly 200 professionals, many with significant tenure at WGI.
