Training is a top priority for WGI. Our associates also continually rank learning and technical growth as important for job satisfaction. We’re glad you recognize our focus on this item. While we do feel that we are better together in the office, we also take pride in being flexible with actual work hours. Regarding your statement on compensation, I would strongly suggest you meet with HR to better understand your pay in comparison to your peers and our profession in general. If your pay is somehow inappropriate, we want to address it immediately. This year, WGI’s raises averaged 12% across our business lines, while our peers averaged approximately 5%. Please recognize that we outperform in this area, and it’s possible your situation is an oversight. Please ask!
