Thank you for your dedication and valuable feedback! Please connect with your manager and HR to explore the wealth of training opportunities available to you. From GreenRoom resources and local lunch-and-learns to university courses covered by WGI and sessions with our consultants, there's a continuous lineup of professional development offerings. These include technical skills within specialized disciplines, quality control, project management, effective presentation and writing skills, Clifton Strengths, Managing & Maximizing Change, Positive Change, and much more. We recognize that in multi-office firms, culture will naturally vary. We see this as a strength, as long as each unique culture embodies WGI’s core values and resonates with the local community.

Pros

Excellent benefits, departments are very cooperative, professional environment, fair workload, good company morale, and encourages professional/educational development and business innovation.

Cons

Room for improvement with downstream communication, some departments are more rewarding to work in than others, growth and potential of promotion is strictly limited by education or certification level and much more difficult to accomplish for lower level employees, and very little to no SOPs in place for certain procedures.
