Avoid like the plague - Financial Analyst WGL Employee Review

Was part of a first wave of layoffs 10/24 welp. Glad I was able to get out quickly. Granted, my three years here have been absolutely miserable. They won't give you raises and the new formula for bonus' across the board will not allow you to make any more than 3% even if the company is performing well. Plus, they are making folks come back to the office 4 days a week. I was promised 3 remote work days when I first started.
