Pros

The team communicates well, which keeps disruptions to a minimum. Managers are clear about expectations before every shift. The work environment is organized. Safety rules are followed without question. Getting better at troubleshooting and equipment handling (the training helped a lot)

Cons

Sometimes production goals create too much pressure.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear that you’re gaining strong practical experience through technical work, testing equipment, and problem solving, and that the collaborative team environment helps you feel supported. We’re glad the learning opportunities, along with the pay and benefits, are contributing positively to your role. We also appreciate your feedback about the physical demands and the need to follow strict procedures. We understand how spending long hours on your feet can be challenging, and we’re always looking at ways to strengthen training and support. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts and suggestions.

Pros

The other technicians actually knew what they were doing, which made the work itself manageable.

Cons

- The real issue is the person in charge, who was promoted without any real management experience and it shows in every decision. - It is clear the selection had little to do with capability and more to do with appearances or personal preference rather than actual skill. -There is no understanding of the work, no understanding of the team, and no understanding of how to manage people. - Instructions come from above that are confusing, contradictory, and completely lacking any real direction or planning. - The result is constant confusion presented as structure, while employees are left to deal with the consequences. - Watching someone struggle in a role they are not qualified for while everyone else absorbs the fallout becomes exhausting very quickly.
