Pros

I’ve been working here full time for almost a year now and the company has done nothing but grow! Being an employee of a small company gives you the chance to have a personal and rewarding experience and that’s exactly what you get here. Management is extremely driven, hands on and always has new innovative ideas! The other employees are very supportive & helpful, which makes for a great team to work with. I would highly recommend getting to be a part of this company.

Cons

Being in a small location, there’s limited space for a proper photography studio and other key essentials but we are moving to a bigger and better location!

Pros

- Coworkers that care and are supportive - You learn a lot about business - You learn a lot about yourself - There is always something to work on so no down time - If you are smart and work hard, there is no limit to what you can be or do here. - Great compensation and I love the health reimbursement plan which helps with the healthcare deductible - The team is lean and everyone's roles are integrated so you can see the impact your work makes on both the business and your coworkers every day. - It is impossible to be bored at this company. You are constantly challenged and stretched and are always acquiring new skills & new ways to think about things.

Cons

I don't think these are cons, so much as they are things you just need to be prepared for. - The company is growing so quickly that your to-do list is longer than you are tall. Sometimes this can be challenging but you just have to remind yourself that you ARE making progress and getting better (because you definitely are). - The work environment is very fast paced, ever-changing, and demanding. As such, you need to be thick-skinned, flexible, and open to learning something new. You also need to be able to work quickly and juggle a lot of priorities. If you lack any of these abilities/qualities, you will have a tough time. - There are sometimes communication breakdowns. Everyone is working so hard to get everything done that they sometimes don't stop to check with each person that might be impacted.
