      Pros

      -Smart, talented, friendly coworkers -Great benefits including seamless stipend and health & wellness stipend -Learn and grow quickly

      Cons

      They recently had 2 rounds of layoffs that cut the company size by 40%. This has made us pick up the work of those laid off. They are doing poorly financially and have been extremely secretive about that. Leadership has done a terrible job of handling this. Current employees are applying to new jobs and clients are not happy. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company ceased to exist by next year.

      - A lot of independence - Not un-reasonable workload - If you have a solution/idea, people will listen - Fantastic office

      Pros

      Good perks, smart people, get to work with big brands, learn a lot quickly

      Cons

      Get thrown into teams early on without real training, make a mistake a couple times and u will be let go. Encourages the values of “be curious” and “be real” but then don’t actually follow any of them because if you ask questions they might deem you incompetent. Will give you very vague feedback so then you will not know what to improve on. Because the job market is so poor, they know that they will always get new grads out of prestigious institutions so they can just keep sifting through till they find people they like enough to keep. Even if you graduate their pod program, most people then leave for another company after a short tenure to be with a company that actually treats them as human. So many people move here for the job just to be let go and left stranded in the most expensive city in the world without a source of income.
