High level of Nepotism/favouritism - If you are not a part of the group, forget about your career advancement No growth opportunities - Wait for at least five years for the next level Most Performance Evaluations are done without merit based on relationships and judgment. Managers ignore the facts provided. You are supposed to compromise on quality to show better results You can not have long-term orientation in this organization because the university provides you 1-year contract and can revoke it at any time
