Pros

You get to work with some interesting clients.

Cons

No work-life balance whatsoever. It is quite literally impossible to complete the amount of work you're expected to handle within your assigned working hours, and when you bring it up, you're gaslit into doubting your abilities and told to work on it. No boundaries are set with clients when it comes to out-of-hours work and weekend texting, which you need to reply to pretty much immediately at all times. Due to the teams being so small and overworked, even falling ill is extremely stressful, you basically have to work through it when you do get ill. The turnover rate is truly astonishing, which is not surprising when the goal of the company seems to be to burn out every one of its employees. An already overworked staff is expected to take on more and more clients, while employees are made redundant (due to financial issues apparently), or they quit and are not replaced. I'm not sure whether it's that they're not charging their clients enough or whether the money just all goes to the higher-ups, but the whole company structure is severely, severely flawed. Also this is the least worrisome part of the entire experience, but there seem to be a lot of inflated titles within management, and in general, the whole company was massively oversold to me during the interview process. Advice to potential future employees: If you value your mental health and work-life balance, stay away!

Pros

This is the first company I've worked at where I feel my work is truly reviewed and valued! The people at the Nashville office are so kind and great at giving valuable feedback and advice. - no matter what task you're doing, it's always something really interesting and most of the time fun - everyone works together to make the company flow, so you talk to people all across the world on a daily basis - I never feel overworked or like I'm doing busywork - overall a great and healthy place to work. I highly recommend.

Cons

The only sort of con is that it's hybrid and I'd love to work in person more!

Pros

like many other mention, there are almost none to name.

Cons

seriously some of the worst upper management at any company. upper management works you into despair while they act like your effort mean nothing to them. they'll put themselves before you and you won't feel supported at any level. ask for all the help you need - they won't give it to you, work late - they don't care. you'll end up being berated over slack for your 'lack of effort' in either case. no training, no support, and no compassion for any learning curve mistakes you might make along the way. most of the work on their website is from years ago and the actual new business numbers are low - will spend all your time fighting for new clients even at a junior level. exec team starts off nice until they slowly tally up what they think you've done wrong against you (ie. 'not accepting calendar invites in a timely manner'). there's a community on the other side of wma that collectively agrees on all of the above.
