      Pros

      - Amazing -maturing- product with a fantastic vision and potential. The sky is the limit! - The customer base is constantly growing, with some well-renowned companies. - High performing teams, things actually get done in a few days, not months like in most companies I've worked for so far, and done well. - Very positive culture, everyone is nice, helpful, collaborative; many team events, it really feels like a family. - Excellent work-life balance and an outstanding office with city and mountain view in Werksviertel.

      Cons

      - It's a fast-growing startup with all that implies: things change rapidly and occasionally feel chaotic. - If you are not used to getting your hands dirty - aka doing the job, not waiting for things to be handed to you, not having someone hold your hand - this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Workerbase is a great place to work! There’s a lot of room to grow and the work culture is very positive. You’re given a lot of independence to manage your tasks, and the environment is healthy and supportive. It’s a company where you can feel comfortable and motivated to do your best :)

      Cons

      You need to be responsible and work independently since no one will be chasing after you to get things done
