1) There is no proper work allocation, leading to confusion and inefficiencies in day-to-day activities. 2) Contractors' bills are being submitted without valid supporting documents, yet higher authorities are pressuring the billing team to process them. 3)only one Billing and Planning Engineer is responsible for all tasks including: *Contractor billing *Client billing *Overall project planning This overload is affecting the quality and accuracy of the work. 4)Site Engineers are not performing as expected and are often acting more like laborers than engineers due to poor role clarity and supervision. These issues are impacting overall project performance.

Great organisation to work with. Atmosphere is very healthy, growth is good. Can work for long time. Management is very much supportive.

Old employee bad politics. Have to be careful.
