This is not a real con but this is a small agile agency and will only suit people who like to work in a fast paced environment where you take responsibility for making things happen.

- Most of the people there are very friendly but there is a tendency to work in silos - Wide range of clients

- No clear signs for progression and raises have to be well fought for - Management constantly applying undue pressure and very quick to point out faults - Mistakes happen at every job but here they tend to mean you lose the trust of senior management and once that happens they will subtly try push you out - No flexible working
