Pros
There is no good reason to work here. There is no regard for employees personal lives.
Cons
*Unprofessional with upper management turning a blind eye to favoritism. *Pay is not a living wage for employees on the ground floor who are making things happen but managers who are often unavailable are paid very well. *Employees are cherry picked for open positions based on who their friends are in the company. *Managers will tell you to go find a new job if you bring up unprofessional company culture or being underpaid. *Owner micromanages from out of state, all the way down to what you can have on your desk. Now the kicker. Owner was overheard saying he needed to stick around a few more months to make sure company makes enough money to continue "supporting his lifestyle" while majority of employees are living paycheck to paycheck.
