Pros

The company has a very strong culture around work-life balance. The management team truly respects personal time and encourages employees to disconnect at the end of the day.

Cons

A major drawback is the ongoing trend of offshoring jobs to India. This has created a sense of insecurity among employees and has negatively impacted morale. It seems the company cares more about saving money than about the people who work here, which is really disappointing for employees who have been loyal.

Pros

When I first started in 2024, it was great, all my team members were great to work with, and provided a lot of help and support, and helped get me acclimated to the specifics of the job.

Cons

Once there was a change in leadership, the work life balance took a nose dive, work loads became unbearable. I watched many people get laid off, and being given vague explanations, and communication and project outlines went down hill. If someone is doing something that needs to change to improve performance or processes, they are not told until months later and they let it build, and management will say that they are going to help, and will find resources to help, but then they dont. And when you have 1 on 1s and you tell management what you would like to do while at the company, it feels like it isn't taken seriously, and you feel like a broken gear with no direction.
