      1. Great culture! It's the right amount work and understanding. You'll feel like a valued member of the team. 2. Amazing management. Dima is the best! 3. XFN team. You learn a lot from your peers.

      Cons

      Not a lot of work. The workload depends on a lot of external factors. We had almost no work until the 2nd half of the term.
