Cons...........whacked my brains but couldn't find one to be honest until now

I am a Team Lead with the Global Ticketing and rate desk and will be completing 5 years with the company this year. I had joined as a Senior Agent even though I was an Asst. Manager with my previous company. My decision to not focus on the tittle and accept the offer turned out to be the right one as very soon with my hard work and dedication I was able to get promoted to a Team Lead within less than a year which itself was a personal achievement in my career growth. Hard work and determination really pay off. In this short span of time I have enhanced my skills and experience which I would never have imagined and am very grateful to have had this opportunity. The company is very tech centric and there is something new to learn and enhance your skills on a constant basis. I work with a young team who are passionate about the work they do and balance work with fun. The company is growing at a fast pace and is poised to become a leading brand amongst the TMC’s. IATA has termed as “The TMC of the future”. I’m keen to keep on working many more years to come in this organization and keep growing within the Company.

None that significant that we have not been able to overcome and resolve.
