      Pros

      The gallery was trying to do some interesting things in the Culver City Area-but the leadership was lacking.

      Cons

      Leadership was too insulated and not open to suggestions or innovation. The staff were all very competent, but leadership was too close minded to utilize them to their potential.

      Pros

      You get to have good rapport with your clients and help out with their autistic spectrum needs with the programs provided to them. For full time, you get a well deserved and reasonable pay. Your benefits kicks in after a 6 months of probationary work (like how all full time positions are). The CEO and staff are a wonderful and family oriented group environment for their employees and families.
