I feels very fortunate to be a part of a startup like wadi when it was just born.Wadi is growing at a very fast pace 1)A very cooperative and understanding team.Talented bunch of people who are always ready to help each other. A very encouraging work culture that enables you to grow and learn new things. 2)If Learning is your passion, Wadi gives ample opportunities for it.You have complete access to all the tools,dashboards,etc.You can learn as much as you want if you are self starter. 3)Work culture is awesome. 4)Also, Wadi is open to new ideas and initiatives.You can propose your idea/initiative and exciting ideas are always implemented. 5)Really fast execution: Campaign planned in the morning, designs ready by evening and ready to ship those changes to site.Impact can be seen in the metrics and numbers. 6)Some of my colleagues also had a chance to visit Dubai as well. 7)Full transperancy-You know what is happening in the company and your work is creating impact in what sense. 8)No dress code 9)Since it is a startup, so there is a lot of responsibility on individuals.You own complete accountability and responsibilities toward your work. 10)Last but not the least.Very open company culture.Anybody can talk with Ankit.Ankit (Founder of wadi) is a true leader of Wadi.24x7 active leader , leading his team toward one and only goal-Making wadi no.1 Company in middle east.Ankit's Leadership is amazing and the way he breaks down the complex problem by using Mckinsey MECE approach is amazing
