Pros
With each year that I have worked here, the company has innovated and evolved many of their core offerings. This nimble approach in a fast- changing industry has been the key to increases in compensation opportunities afforded to sales. Management is attentive and hard-working which keeps the various teams motivated. Having the ability to not only work with publications but also on events lends an added customer-facing dimension to the job.
Cons
Sometimes the sales teams can be competitive, and that can get pretty intense. You have to be able to handle tension, but that comes with being in sales
