Pros
There are a few (very few) good people working there. They deserve a better company.
Cons
- CEO is a bully, you'll hear him spend all day in his room yelling and cursing at people, either face to face or via Skype. He commands a toxic work culture and most people stay quiet all day and night long. - CEO will ask someone to post A FAKE REVIEW every month or so. Take a look at the positive ones, and you'll see how they all look alike. It's NOT a coincidence. - Company targets international students that need the H1B Visa sponsorship, trying to hold them hostages to that. - Very common to work until midnight, even 2am. - No overtime pay. - Horrible internal communication - Different areas give you conflicting tasks and the CEO may change his mind daily (or hourly) about a project.
