Good work-life balance but nothing remarkable - Senior Software Engineer Walnut Employee Review

I had the pleasure of working at Walnut as a Sr. Content Writer, and it was a fantastic experience overall. The company has a strong, collaborative culture where everyone is encouraged to contribute and share ideas. The leadership team is approachable, and my direct manager was always supportive of my growth, providing constructive feedback and mentorship.

As with any growing company, there were moments when things moved quickly, and there were periods of ambiguity. But this is also part of the excitement of working at a fast-paced, innovative company, and it was something I personally thrived on.

Fun space to sell into.

Product blamed GTM for everything despite the market clearly signaling they won't pay a premium price for a commodity nice to have, constant product issues and gaps never addressed to help us win more, new "features" are trivial, buggy, and have zero prospect interest. Company had its glory days years ago.
