1. Owners are very helpful and will guide you in the right direction. 2. They will share their knowledgebase with you freely and will help achive you achieve your goals 3. Will give opportunity to connect with new clients and increase your skills related to coding. Anybody can right 2 lines of code by searching anywhere but to maintain quality of that is what is needed. They will help you follow certain rules and help you in maintaing the code quality and structure so any new developer looking at the code can easily understand because that is what is important
