Pros
The pay is good starting. $15/hr with chances to earn up to I believe $20/hr. Good luck getting up there though, you may never get a chance to work packing. So you're packing rates won't be advance worthy. They buy lunch sometimes.
Cons
They do quarterly reviews and they might promise to train you in different areas to get your rates up, so you'll have the opportunity to earn more. Most likely they'll train you one time like a week before your next quarterly review. Then they'll just rehash the same stuff as the previous review. Unless you're extremely fast your first time you'll never advance. They also promised to train me in a different dept as a support role (outside of picking, packing, put-away & returns) for over a year and never did. They ended up training 2 other people. As it's a warehouse it's extremely hot. They'll also hire basically anyone that applies because they are desperate, most of the new employees are not good. They recently introduced a new edit that's basically lingerie, they had the edit years ago and it failed. It will fail again. Who is gonna want to buy underwear that's been sent out to 20 different people to try on? It's new so it's been doing good but it'll die down. When doing returns you'll notice a lot of upset customer notes because the stylists rarely actually listen. A customer note could say they don't want jeans and don't like the color yellow, you'll open the bag and see they were sent exactly what they don't want. They clothes we sell are also overpriced and cheap.
