Great experience and hands on learning opportunity. Very humble family that treats employees like one of them. Ownership takes ideas from employees very seriously. Opportunity to be part of a growing and smaller team.
Cons
Growing company that has expanded very rapidly since I started which means that there is almost always a project going on. Need to be a self-starter.
