Cons
No pay rises for most staff despite most profitable year effor. Some managers are technically brilliant but haven't a clue how to manage people and only interested in themselfs

I am sorry that you feel our managers are not good at Managing People, and at any time you are welcome to discuss this matter with any of our Senior Management Team or our Head of People. I note that you feel there is no ‘hand holding’ if you need more direction in your own role or have something that you feel we could add to our on boarding with new starters please absolutely share this with us as we are always looking at continuous improvement.
• Most of the staff members are highly skilled, nice to work with and very helpful
• Penetration Testing: They have a very good pen testing team
• Network Engineers: They also have some good network engineers
• If it's pen testing your interested in you'll learn a lot from them. They do it to a high standard.
Cons
• There's a lack of respect show from some managers towards staff members from what I've seen.
• Staff members who are put onsite to carry out works and other general duties short and long term are managed poorly and receive very little support. "This is based on my own experience"
• There is little to no training given to new staff members on internal systems used, tools / processes used in support of general services given. "This is based on my own experience"
• If your role / career path doesn't involve pen testing then Ward Solutions probably isn't the right fit for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We believe that our people are Exceptional and this is included in our vision statement. We have highly skilled people across all of our teams wherever they sit in our business. We strive to provide an environment where all employees feel that they are valued, treated fairly and respected. We do have multiple avenues to give feedback regarding any issues an employee may be having which is always directed back to management. We are growing quickly and with growth comes change and challenges but overall we feel that it will have a positive impact on our company and every individual’s job for the future.
