Pros
Good balance between personal and professional life. It's a Startup with 3 years in the market so there is so much to do, you can create and make projects, very challenging. It's a small team.
Cons
It's hard to grow, no career and recognition plans, not very well paid, really bad leadership and a lot of turnover therefore makes it difficult to form robust teams.
