The best part about WarehouseQuote is honestly the people. I know every company says that, but here it’s actually true. There’s a complete lack of ego from the top down, you can grab a coffee with leadership and they’ll actually listen to your ideas without making you feel like you’re overstepping. It feels like we’re actually solving real problems for customers instead of just moving boxes. Plus, the office perks are a huge plus, having lunch taken care of every day is a big time-saver, and the onsite haircuts are a cool touch that shows they actually value our time. It’s just a comfortable place to be yourself and do good work.

Since we’re growing so fast, things can get a little "scrappy." If you’re the type of person who needs a 100-page manual for every single task, you might feel a bit lost at first. You have to be okay with figuring things out on the fly and helping build the process while you're using it.
