      Pros

      fast decision making, ambitious, fast growing, great products little to no technical problems, flexible. Easy to make career if you're ambitious and hard worker

      Cons

      Bad middle management like most companies, not the highest benefits but reasonable.

      Thank you for taking the time to review your employment with Warmup. We understand that we are in a transition period and while we do want to progress in terms of the size of the company, we also wish to maintain as much of the family feel as we can without causing a detrimental impact to the progression of the company. This is a difficult line to walk but we feel that we are managing it quite successfully. If you do have any suggestions please do let us know, we would appreciate your input.

      -Decent pay for minimal work -A lot of freedom to do what you want -A good place to start

      Cons

      -Management plays favorites and even when you go to them for issues created by other employees (i.e; a hostile work environment), they will not fix them. HR is a joke and will not fix the issue, either. -Virtually no work to do. I spent my day trying to find work to do and begging for it. -Customers can be nasty and a lot of the time it's because they are dumb
