Excellent Experience Working With The WatchKeeper Team - Web Designer WatchKeeper Employee Review

The WatchKeeper team were collaborative, open to ideas but with a clear visual goal they wanted to achieve. They allowed me to work on the brief without any added pressures which resulted in some fine work that both sides were happy with. Will definitely be open to working with the company again if the opportunity arises.

My freelance period at WatchKeeper was too short a stint to find anything glaring negative about the way things are running within the business.

An industry in which is very different to usual making it both exciting and challenging. Great people, which makes the day to day enjoyable across all the different sub teams. From a Tech perspective, everyone's view is welcome and everyone supports each other. The focus is around strong levels of engineering is as a team removing any blame culture.

It's a startup so work can flex however, I don't see this as a con for me, I love the mix of work. It all depends if you are used to strict processes.
