Pros

I was a recent university graduate looking for work in my field. The pandemic made the job market much more difficult and I was eager to begin working and gaining experience. I sent a hail mary email to Ashkan Karbasfrooshan, WatchMojo's CEO, and he very generously offered me an internship, which eventually turned into a full-time job. By no means did Ash, nor the entire WatchMojo team, have to bring me onboard, especially during a difficult time for most business owners. I was welcomed with open arms and immediately started gaining valuable experience, with a company who knows how to have a lot of fun. I have nothing but great things to say about the job, the overall environment and, most importantly, the people. I can say with absolute certainty that whoever has the chance to work for WatchMojo will enjoy every second of their time there. A fun and inclusive atmosphere, with a community of hard working people who love content creation, pop culture and digital media!

Cons

- No glaring cons to speak of! Everyone is a treat to work with and they have an extremely open dialogue with all staff members, where asking questions and getting stuff off your mind is encouraged.

Thanks, good/fair feedback. We tend to treat that more on a case-by-case basis to ensure those who "deserve/have earned" (for lack of better term) can get bumps sooner. But too often, we have writers/researchers with whom we stay committed to & patient and many other publishers would cut off... so it's a balancing act. But, noted. Thx. AK.
