As a young professional, Water Standard has provided me with excellent opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment. I've learned more in 2 1/2 years at Water Standard than I could in 5 years at a large company. I've been involved in everything from the finest scientific details of enhanced oil recovery to setting the company's long-term corporate strategy. The mission of the company is powerful and I take pride in helping the company reach its goals. It's been a truly rewarding experience thus far. In addition, the management team has supported my professional development in every way, resulting in mutual benefit for both Water Standard and my career.

The pace is fast and the hours can be long or irregular, which is what it takes to help the company achieve its goals. The reward is the ability to have a direct impact on the success of the company, but this environment is not for everyone.
