      friendly office staff easy to find most things flexibility with home life

      Cons

      understaffed for ACE or any special needs kids (board-wide) patchwork only until something serious breaks (the school is literally falling apart)

      There are no downsizes but if people can become permanent faster that would be awesome.

      -comparable salary -great benefits program -schools all have a different culture and background -multicultural school board -protective of employees and ensuring teachers have jobs

      Cons

      -head office is extremely busy - sometimes not efficient in operation -a lot of red tape -school board is in a smaller town -representatives are not always helpful
