Employees may be called even on sundays and might not even get comp-offs if the season is busy and the comp-off lapses. Highly Demotivating micromanagers as bosses. A 2 year written bond to be signed , and connot leave even if you want to ! (basically slavery !). They pay salary on time but beware of deductions !. The core team have completely resigned because of poor management.
