      Watermark highlights what is so special about working for a small company. You have immediate access to the VP and even the President, which is something you don't get with some larger groups. They truly invest in their workforce both professionally and personally. Their ability to stand up for their workers is unmatched in this industry.

      Cons

      No cons. Be wary of some negative review about this SATX contract because there are some BAD ACTORS attempting to sabotage Watermarks reputation.

      Pros

      Watermark always had my best interest at heart. They were career partners, not employers. I was offer a job in 2017 from a large defense contractor. I insisted on partnering with Watermark. They made my life so much simpler.

      Cons

      Not a huge firm...if that is a negative.

      Pros

      Watermark is and was like a family, they took care of their employees from the first interview to the the moment I had to take another position. They offered great benefits and were very knowledgeable when it came to questions I had about the contract. If I wouldve had it my way I wouldve worked for watermark till I die it was that enjoyable.

      Cons

      I wish they had more contracts so I could refer more people to work for them they were that amazing.
